Manata Homestead & Lodge offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Each suite has a private patio, a kitchenette or full kitchen, and an en suite bathroom with bathrobes and toiletries. Rooms include satellite TV, entertainment systems, and Italian-made bed linens. Some suites feature underfloor heating, heated towel rails, and a dishwasher. Floor-to-ceiling French doors open to views of Coronet Peak and The Remarkables mountains.
Kitchen and BBQ
No onsite restaurant. Rooms have kitchen facilities (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) so guests can cook their own meals. BBQ facilities and a picnic area are available in the garden. Frankton shops, including PAK'nSAVE, are a short drive away for groceries.

Heated outdoor swimming pool (20+ metres), hot tub, and sauna. Tennis court, children's playground, and BBQ area. Guests can borrow mountain bikes, golf clubs, bocce balls, and other sporting equipment free of charge. Indoor library with books, DVDs, and board games. 10-minute drive to central Queenstown, 5 minutes to Queenstown Airport, and 10 minutes to historic Arrowtown and Gibbston Valley wineries. The lodge sits in the Wakatipu Basin with views of Coronet Peak and The Remarkables. A bicycle trail runs right by the property. Accessible parking available.
